Robert Pizzini
Bob Pizzini is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of iFLY Virginia Beach Indoor Skydiving. He brought this multimillion-dollar technology to Virginia Beach in 2015 and in one of the top performers in the franchise system. In 2018 iFLY Va Beach was awarded the Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year. In 2019, Robert launched Elevate Your Leadership, a leadership experience that refreshes and energizes seasoned executives, develops new leaders, and builds high performing teams.
In 2022, he authored his first Best Selling book titled Elevate Your Leadership, how to develop, Maintain, and Advance Lifelong Leadership. Robert’s efforts earned the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Leadership Award.
Robert retired from the U.S. Navy in 2010 after 26 years of service in Navy Special Operations as a Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician, and EOD Officer. He completed a combat tour with the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force, Arabian Peninsula, Balad, Iraq. His personal decorations include the Bronze Star.

Commander Matt Suyderhoud is a former top pilot for the elite Blue Angels, the United States Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron and renowned flying team. He was Blue Angel #2 F/A-18A -pilot he represented the United States Navy and Marine Corps to audiences both at home and abroad as they showcased the excitement, precision and power of naval aviation.
Suyderhoud has a vast military career operating across multiple aircraft and roles such as the Chief Pilot for administrative lift and transport flying the BE-190D and PC-12; on the Blue Angels flying the F/A-18A-F and as a Special Operations Joint Terminal Air Controller.

Frances McQueen
Master Yoga Instructor
Frances McQueen is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher (E-RYT®- 200, RYT®-500) at Bliss Yoga in Virginia Beach and has been doing since she was 18 and became a certified yoga teacher 20 years later.
Frances has created several workshops designed to build strength, balance, and harmony in the mind and body through asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work/breath control), and meditation.
She will lead morning exercises to help leaders to develop skills improve physical health, as well as mental health, improving general cognition, executive function, learning , memory and verbal fluency for personal and business benefits.
A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Arizona, with Bachelor of Science Degree in molecular and Cellular Biology and minor in Chemistry. In 2012 she earned a Master of Science degree from San Diego State University.
