The Thought Council Summit in the Black Hills was an unforgettable experience -- a perfect blend of inspiration, reflection, and connection. Against the backdrop of South Dakota’s breathtaking landscapes, we explored what it means to build a true legacy in life and business. From powerful conversations about legacy and impact to moments of deep personal insight, every session challenged us to think bigger, align with our purpose, and drive meaningful change in our organizations and communities.

A highlight of the summit was our journey through the region’s iconic landmarks, like standing before the grandeur of Mount Rushmore and walking the arm of Crazy Horse, a monument still in progress and a living symbol of vision and perseverance.
