DESCRIPTION:
A practical look at what is genuinely useful right now across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and voice, with a close read on what is changing inside ChatGPT: the new work tools, Codex, and the latest models. Not which camp you are in, what is worth putting to work.
Free to attend, lunch on us.

Workuity co-hosts and sponsors Ship AI at Workuity 24th & Camelback. Session two of Zero to Launch and the dedicated B2C night.
Santos Hernandez walks a real launch with the real dashboard on screen: zero to $3,000 in 30 days with no paid spend, then the switch to profitable ads. What worked, what didn't, and the plan you can point at your own product.
Free to attend.
DESCRIPTION:
Santos Hernandez, founder of Ship AI, shows you how to stop using ChatGPT and Claude like a search box. In one session he turns a real business into reusable AI assets: skills, connectors, a brand voice, and a first artifact with every claim checked.
Free to attend, lunch on us.
Ship AI is a free, community-run AI education project for builders. Its current program is Zero to Launch: six sessions that build a complete go-to-market framework, then a hackathon in October where you don't build, you launch. This is session three, the dedicated B2B night.
B2B founders often run B2C tactics. Broad content, a waitlist, a launch post, and then they wonder why nothing converts. The first ten B2B customers are almost always hand-won, one relationship at a time, and that work looks nothing like a funnel.
What Santos covers:
1. An ICP you can write an email to. Company, role, trigger event. If you can't name twenty real accounts, the ICP is still too broad.
2. The stages. Awareness through Interest, Evaluation, Decision, Onboarding and Expansion, and what specifically moves a deal from one to the next.
3. Outbound that gets replies. Relevance over volume: structure, length, the ask, and the follow-up that isn't annoying.
4. Design partners and pilots. Structuring an early deal so it produces a reference and a case study, not just revenue.
5. Champions, advisors and references, and how B2B trust compounds slowly and then quickly.
6. A pipeline you can show. Stages instrumented, touches logged, and an agent that reports weekly on what moved.
7. The list, built live. Twenty named accounts and a first sequence, put together on screen from a blank page.
Format: Santos presents and builds live on screen. Bring a laptop and work along if you want to, or just watch. Nobody is put on the spot, asked to share, or made to present. B2C builders are welcome, and plenty of this transfers.
You leave with a method for building a named account list and writing the first outbound sequence.
DESCRIPTION:
What if the tool you're dabbling with was capable of ten times what you're asking it to do? Most business owners use AI as a chatbot, not a system. In this fundamentals-focused talk, great for all levels, Kalyca tells the story of learning to fully leverage Claude, moving past surface-level chat and building it into a real operating system for her business. She walks the audience through models, projects, connecting tools, building skills, and scheduling work to run itself.
Audiences walk away with a fundamentals-level understanding of what Claude can actually do and a clear, tangible next step toward building their own system. Because the real shift isn't better prompts. It's a business that keeps growing while you focus on the work only you can do.
Free to attend, lunch on us.
Workuity co-hosts and sponsors the Ship AI Zero to Launch hackathon at Workuity 24th & Camelback, October 16 to 18. Three days where you don't build, you launch. Bring the product you've been sitting on: Friday you lock a launch plan, Saturday you execute it, Sunday you show what it produced. Judged on what shipped, not what you demoed. Free, teams of one to four.
Most business owners have tried AI and walked away frustrated — not because the tool failed, but because nobody showed them how to actually set it up. This session fixes that permanently.
Whether you've never opened Claude or you use it every single day, Session 3 meets you where you are. If you're newer to Claude, you'll leave with a complete, working setup and the confidence to actually use it. If you're already a regular user, you'll close gaps you didn't know you had and unlock capabilities most people never discover.
In the first half, we get you fully configured. That means activating Claude directly inside Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint — so you can analyze data, draft presentations, and automate formatting without ever leaving the apps your team already lives in. We'll walk through the full Claude interface, help you choose the right model for the right job, and show you exactly how to plug it into the applications your business already runs on.
In the second half, we get personal. You'll set up Projects and custom Skills built specifically around your company — your brand voice, your customer language, your internal workflows. You'll load your company's actual information directly into Claude so it understands your business, not just your question.
Claude running live inside Excel and PowerPoint, ready for your next meeting
A project configured with your company's real context and information
Custom Skills that reflect your brand voice, tone, and workflows
A repeatable daily system for using Claude to accelerate your work — starting the moment you leave the room
A repeatable daily system for using Claude to accelerate your work — starting the moment you leave the room
Best For: Anyone who wants AI that actually works for their business — whether you're just getting started or you've been using Claude for months and want to finally get it set up the right way.
There is a meaningful gap between asking AI a question and giving AI access to your business. This session demystifies the bridge: how secure connections work, what it means for AI to have memory of your data, and where the real leverage lives. Working demo included.
